Implementation Procedures  After the completion of the bid opening and awarding the project or bid to a supplier or contractor and obtaining a good execution guarantee from him, the bid entry guarantee is delivered to the participating contractors.
 After completing the implementation of the project within the time specified in the bid, a request is made to recover a good implementation guarantee
 After auditing the bid and its fulfillment of all conditions and within the conditions with the approval of the Engineering Department and the Accounting Department, the good implementation guarantee is recovered.
