Qabatiya municipality customers must enter the Qabatiya municipality's electronic portal and click on the 'electronic services' link. The customer can view the services and the fees and required files. If the user name and password are available: • The customer enters the user name and password, after making sure that the information entered is correct, services will be displayed with the possibility of submission. • The customer clicks to apply for the requested service. • The service request screen will open.
