Required documents:  A copy of the applicant’s ID
 Clearance (special for dismissal request)

Time required to perform it  10 days

Required fees  100 shekels for the winner and 250 shekels for 3 wins, excluding the semester (free)

Legal Document  A set of laws and regulations in Qabatiya Municipality.

Implementation procedures
 The request is submitted to the public service employee
 The request is transferred to the accounting department to check the financial receivables
 The applicant pays the amount to the accounting and fund department
 Transferred to the Electricity Department for implementation
