Required fees  12 dinars old town - 20 dinars residential, any classification - 24 commercial dinars (according to the classification of the plot) according to the structural project

Legal authority  Structural and detailed plans for basins and neighborhoods and their modifications

Implementation procedures  The citizen submits a site plan request to the public services
 The citizen pays the fees to the fund according to the region's classification.
 The request is registered and transferred to the engineering department for drawing up the scheme and checking it
 Scheme signature
 Delivery of the scheme to the citizen by the Public Services Center
