Required documents:  A deed of registration and/or an inheritance inventory, and in the absence of it, proof of ownership is required under a periodic agency, a lease contract and the owner's approval.
A copy of the identity card of the applicant or owner
 New site plan
 A recent survey plan certified by a licensed surveyor

 Building Regulations for the year 1996 and its amendments.

Implementation procedures  The owner submits a request to demolish an existing building through the secretary of the engineering department or at the public services center.
 If there are partners, the consent of the partners must be brought.
 Inspecting the building and checking if the building is historical or not (if it is historical, it cannot be demolished).
 Bring approval from the Ministry of Antiquities to approve the demolition.
 The matter is presented to the local building and organization committee, and a municipal council decides to approve or reject it
 Issuing a letter to the summoner by the council's decision.
