Details

Required documents:  A deed of registration and/or an inheritance inventory, and in the absence of it, proof of ownership is required under a periodic agency, a lease contract and the owner's approval.
A copy of the identity card of the applicant or owner
 New site plan
 A recent survey plan certified by a licensed surveyor

Required fees  Restoration license fees with rubble insurances

Legal authority  Towns and Villages Organizing Law of 1966
 Building Regulations for the year 1996 and its amendments.
 Qabatiya town structural system.

Implementation procedures  Applications are submitted through the secretary of the engineering department or at the public services center
 The application is studied and audited and the site is inspected to ensure that it is not an old and ancient building.
 Payment of insurances
 Issuance of the license and handing it over to the citizen by the secretariat of the Engineering Department
