Required documents:  A copy of the applicant's ID.
 Clearance.

Time required to perform it  12 days

Required fees  4050 shekels, subscription fees, 120 shekels per ampere, and the price of the prepaid meter is 700 shekels, even less than 100 amperes, and a thousand shekels above 100 amperes.

Legal Document  A set of laws and regulations in Qabatiya Municipality.

Implementation procedures
 Submit an application for subscription to the public service employee
 Refers to the Electricity Department to find out the technical possibility of delivering the subscription according to the region
 The request is referred to the Electricity Department to inspect the building to which electricity is to be delivered to make sure that it is licensed and does not have regulatory violations.
 The request is referred to the Municipal Council to take a decision of approval
 The request is transferred to the Electricity Department to determine the value of the materials and the contribution of the network, if any
 The applicant pays the amount to the accounting and fund department
