Details

Required documents:  A deed of registration and/or an inheritance inventory, and in the absence of them, proof of ownership is required under a periodic agency and the approval of the partners in the case of partners.
A copy of the identity card of the applicant or owner
 New site plan
A recent area plan certified by a licensed surveyor (if the increase is less than 25 square meters).
The proposed building plans are sealed by the Engineers Syndicate and the relevant ministries.

Time required to complete it  20 days

Required fees  According to the building areas and the classification of the area.

Implementation procedures  Applications are submitted through the secretary of the engineering department or the public services department
The area plan and the plans submitted for construction are studied and audited, and the building levels are linked to the levels of the streets and public sewer lines, and their conformity with the regulations and laws.
 Informing the citizen of the initial approval based on the submitted documents.
 The secretariat of the Engineering Department prepares a letter to approve the plans by the Department of Health, Housing, Antiquities, Civil Defense and the Engineers Syndicate after approval
 The issue is presented to the local committee for buildings and organization and a municipal council decision is taken to approve, reject or amend
 Informing the citizen of the decision of the local committee for buildings and organization.
 Providing engineering supervision by an engineering office licensed and registered with the Syndicate of Engineers for buildings that exceed 400 square meters and are mandatory for public buildings.
 Calculation and payment of license fees
 Payment of insurances
 The citizen submits a request to install integrity through the public service center and in coordination with the surveyor in order to set the construction limit in parallel with obtaining the license.
 Issuance of the license and handing it over to the citizen by the secretariat of the Engineering Department
